Fill this in and send it back — it's everything we need to launch your branded
booking app. Sections 1–2 unblock go-live; section 3 tells us which features to switch on,
section 4 lists optional extras, and section 5 sets out everything that costs money and who charges it — nothing to fill in there,
it's just so there are no surprises later. Anything you're unsure about, leave blank and we'll walk you through it.
Nothing is submitted anywhere — your answers stay in this browser tab until you copy or print them.

Features — what's in, what's out
All of these are already built and running in production. Tell us which to switch on for your brand. Defaults are sensible — leave a row untouched to keep the recommended default.

In-store / at-venue bookingsSessions at your outlet — no address, no serviceability check, no travel buffer, so appointments pack back-to-back.

Front-desk bookings (walk-in & phone)Your staff books for a customer by phone number from the admin side — customer found or created, professional assigned directly.
Manual price adjustmentFront desk applies a discount or surcharge at booking time. A written reason is mandatory; it shows on the receipt and as its own ledger line.

2FA on your admin loginsYour admins enter a code from an authenticator app (Google Authenticator etc.) to reach the admin panel. Recommended — but it can be switched off for your business if the extra step isn't for your team. Role permissions are the same either way.
Always on, not a choice: separate logins and roles for every person (never a shared password), an audit record of every admin action against the login that made it, an append-only money ledger with an overnight reconciliation check, and nightly encrypted off-server backups with a monthly restore test. These aren't switchable — they're how the system is built.
A few of these are numbers rather than on/off — tell us your preference in section 5 and we'll set them, or take our defaults and change them yourself later from your settings screen: slot length (default 30 min), travel buffer between home visits (60 min), reminder timings, cancellation windows & refund %, no-show charge, and referral reward amounts. Your commission split with your professionals we agree with you at setup.
4
Optional extras
Not needed to launch — tick anything you'd like. Some carry an add-on cost (marked), and the Roadmap rows aren't built yet — ticking one tells us to scope it with you.
Referral rewards used to live here as "in development" — it's built now and moved up to section 3.
5
What you'll pay for — and who you pay it to
Nothing here is new; it's the same items as sections 2 and 4, grouped by who actually charges you.
You will not pay us a rupee more than your plan. Everything below that costs money is either a
government requirement or a third party's fee, attached to your own business, and we don't add anything on top of it.
Included — nothing extra from us
Setting your workspace upProvisioning, configuration, going live.
Loading your services, prices, staff and outletsWe do the data entry. Send a spreadsheet.
Your brandingYour logo, your accent colour and your name in the app and on receipts. Send us the logo file — we place it. We're not a design studio, so we don't redraw logos, and the accent is a colour, not a full custom theme.
A branded web addressA free subdomain we give you. You don't need to own a domain to launch.
The security certificate (SSL)Issued and renewed automatically, on your own domain or ours.
Front-desk trainingAbout ten minutes. Your professionals install nothing at all.
Importing your existing customer listHand us a spreadsheet and we'll load it — read the note below first.
Changes during onboardingAsk for as many as you like. We don't bill for them.
Browser push notificationsNo approvals, no per-message charge, working on day one.
Yours — paid to someone else, not to us
Payment gateway fee (ongoing, online payments only)Razorpay's fee per successful online transaction — currently around 2% plus GST. Cash and pay-after bookings carry none of it. You may have heard UPI is zero-MDR — that's true, but it refers to the banks' share; your gateway still charges its own fee on a UPI payment, so it isn't free. We confirm the live rate with you at signup rather than printing a number here that goes stale.
SMS (ongoing, per message)Charged by the telcos through your DLT registration. Only if you switch SMS on — push is free.
WhatsApp (ongoing, per conversation)Charged by Meta through your provider. Marketing conversations are priced differently from booking updates. Rates confirmed at signup.
Call masking (optional add-on, monthly)Rented proxy numbers so customers and staff never see each other's real number. Off by default — you only pay if you ask for it.
DLT registration (one-time)A TRAI requirement in India for anyone sending SMS. Registered against your business, not ours.
Razorpay KYC (one-time)Free to do, but it's your paperwork — business entity and bank account.
WhatsApp Business onboarding (one-time)Through a provider, against your own number, if you want WhatsApp.
Your own domain (one-time, optional)Roughly ₹1,000 a year to a registrar. Only if you want book.yourbrand.in instead of the free address — see below.
Your advertising, photos and contentWe don't run your marketing and don't charge you for it.
About your web address, there are three cases. One — you take the free branded subdomain we provide. Costs nothing, needs nothing from you, and you can launch on it today.
Two — you already own a domain. Also nothing extra; we just point it at your app.
Three — you want a new domain of your own. You buy it from a registrar for roughly ₹1,000 a year and it stays in your name.
In every case the DNS setup and the security certificate are ours to do, included, and free.
If you give us your existing customer list, read this. Importing it is free and we're happy to do it — but those customers signed up with
you, not with a messaging list, so they arrive marked for booking messages only: confirmations, reminders, receipts.
They are not marked as having agreed to offers or campaigns, and we won't treat them as if they had.
Marketing consent gets collected from each customer afterwards, as they book. This isn't us being cautious for the sake of it —
broadcasting to an imported list is the single fastest way to get a WhatsApp sender restricted, and it would be
your number that gets restricted.
If you want something built specially. If it's useful to every business like yours, we build it, it's free, and everyone gets it —
you've done us a favour by asking. If it's only useful to you, we'll say so and quote it before we build anything.
You will never receive a bill for something you didn't agree to first.
And what you never pay: no setup fee · no charge per staff member — add as many professionals as you like ·
no cut of your bookings, ever · no charge for support or for changes during onboarding · no card needed for the free first month.
Most software for salons charges per seat or takes a percentage of what you earn. We do neither, and the list above is what
lets us say that with a straight face.
